AC Journey helps established installers access pre-qualified homeowner enquiries, fair lead sharing, no subscription fees, and no commission on won job value. We review each new installer account before lead claiming is enabled.
From registration to installer account approval and your first lead claim, here is how it works.

Every new installer account is reviewed manually before lead claiming is enabled. If anything is missing, we ask for it during review.
Once approved, you can explicitly claim suitable standard leads free through 31 January 2027. Homeowner details remain private until you claim.
If you want a more practical way to get better-fit leads without the noise of a generic directory, here is what makes the platform different.
Each new installer account is reviewed before lead claiming is enabled, helping protect homeowners and lead quality.
Each enquiry is shared with up to 3 installers, not large open lists. Less competition gives you a stronger chance of winning work.
Only property owners with genuine intent. We filter out tyre-kickers and spam before they reach installers on the platform.
Installers with approved accounts only see leads that fit their declared travel radius or postcode areas.
Standard claims cost zero credits through 31 January 2027. There is no subscription and no commission on won job value.
Exclusive claiming remains visible but unavailable until after the founding launch period.
If a claimed lead is invalid, non-genuine, or the homeowner does not respond, you can request a credit refund review; refunds are assessed case by case and are not automatic.
